Send an email to contato.hooneys@gmail.com ( within a maximum period of up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product) informing the order number. Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective. We will reply to your email with the address to which to send the parts. Shipping freight is at the expense of the customer.

Once the product reaches us, it will be analyzed and checked. If the product shows signs of use, such as perfume smells, body odors, washing smells, stains, dirt, among others, or if the labels are removed, torn or damaged, the return will not be authorized and the customer will have to pay a new shipping to receive the same product sent, at your address, which will be communicated via email.

For exchanges, a new order will be created with the new product to be received.
